Everything Happens For a Reason

That new dining room table inspired a little decorating at 5th Place.
So, I kicked things off by hanging a beautiful Trumeau mirror on the wall.

A short while later I heard a crash...
~
~
~

No more mirror. :~(

That frame belonged on the patio wall anyway.
Do these quirky mishaps ever happen to you?

  5. Oh yes!! Many a time! That frame is fantastic by the way!!
I had a ceramic mask fall off the fireplace mantel...broke into a million pieces. I fit the whole thing back together and it looked kinda of cool with the jagged lines running through it!! So...I still display it! It works! That is all that matters!

  14. I think the frame was supposed to be on the patio all along. So, it finally took the situation into its own hands.

I had a mirror fall but thankfully the mirror was intact...just lost a bit of the frame!

  16. You have a beautiful blog, but why is there no way to turn off the music? Not everyone has the same taste in music.

  17. Ohhhh, that dreaded sound!

The frame is lovely, looks terrific on the porch, and I'm sure it'll be seen in many different places!

    Have a blessed weekend,

  19. LUV it on your porch, Laurie Anna! Oh, and I wanted to thank you so much for sending my order so quickly. I just adore the string holder and stringball w/scissors! Looks just perfect with my other vintage balls of string!!! :)

  20. To my reader about the music, there is a stop button located at the very bottom of the blog. Sorry it was hard for you to find, I hope you will visit again.
