How many days til Christmas?

Oh my...it's been ages since my last post! Between the Canton show, preparing the new store to share with you in August, and attending the Gift Markets over the past month, there's not been much time left for anything else! And although it's been an extremely rewarding experience, I'm definitely running on caffeine and chocolate these days!!

Hubby has been a trooper with the dizzying pace, although I do believe he is a tad concerned about the quantity of inventory slated to arrive over the next couple of weeks. As for me, I'm just plain excited!

The Gift Markets proved to be extremely fruitful this year, I made some wonderful new friends and I can't wait for you to see the Fall goodies!! So much to share.....you can look forward to some of the new things at the store opening on August 15th and more new items strategically planned to arrive in September and October.

We also have other exciting news. In addition to the Canton First Monday Show at the Arbors (which we love), we are honored to announce that we will be participants in the Houston Nutcracker show at Reliant Center, sponsored by the Houston Ballet, as well as the Mistletoe and Magic Holiday Show that is sponsored by the Junior League of Tyler. Both shows are slated for mid November and will be sandwiched between the November and December Canton shows in the Arbors!! And of course, this will be in addition to the open store - talk about dizzying pace!! But bring it on....I am excited about the pace and am honored by the opportunities that continue to present themselves!

On a very personal note, I would like to thank you for the outpouring of excited emails regarding the store opening...your encouraging words mean so very much to me!!

Have a wonderfully blessed week...

I go to the Nut Cracker Market every single year and LOVE IT! It is one of the few places I can find a few very unique items of Christmas decor..instead of the same old thing. I can't wait!

...and as for me..I always start my Christmas shopping in July! I wish I could go to Canton, but it seems that every single month, something gets in the way of that weekend. This time I have to make a journey to TN to pick up 3 horses.
