Afternoon Delight

This afternoon I indulged and met a good friend for lunch.  Daphne, of Daphne Nicole, and I have been friends for years, but we haven't been able to get together in a while.  We spent the afternoon chatting, talking shop and just catching up with each other's lives.  It was so nice!

There is one thing in particular I wanted to share, Daphne showed up at lunch sporting the most adorable purse.  She's super talented so I love everything she designs, but this purse is my all-time favorite.  It's made from a vintage grain sack like those that we sell in the shoppe.  I was so smitten with it that I ordered one for myself!

Isn't it unique?!  I love the mix of elements and of course I'm a sucker for the neutral colors!  I love her attention to detail!

She will soon have these listed on her on-line store,  you have got to check them out....they are fabulous!!  Just remember you'll have to wait your turn because the next one is mine!! :~)

I love Daphne's bags and she is such a great blog friend! She always comments on my posts and, if you remember, I won one of her bags that you gave away at Christmas time. Love it! I keep it hanging in my closet as a piece of art, it's so pretty!
