Our sweet boy is sick. The vet has kept him for tests and to get some IV fluids in him. My heart just aches....I can think of little else.
There is a big hole in our home without him here. I miss him terribly and wish I could be with him right now.
Please say a puppy prayer for our baby, Zeek.

What a precious face!! I will certainly say a prayer for your sweet baby and so hope that he will improve. Please keep us posted. Our pets are just like our children, aren't they? They are such a wonderful part of our lives. Love & blessings from NC!

Having an 11 yo doggie myself..(sooty ..toy poodle)..i totally totally empathise & feel for you..
Until I had this little treasure in my life I was never a "doggie" person...
But with both my boys independent young men...hubby away most of the time with work..
MR sootman (as i call him)..IS MY BABY...
I love him & miss him when he just goes to get a "clip" at our local vets..
I am sure Zeek will be fine...vets are fabulous..
as ARE dogs with their determination..

oh...my I can't stand to hear about a sick dog. I certainly will have him in my thoughts. Dogs having an amazing ability to pull through some real adversity. My Mom's little Daisy was minutes from death two years ago and today she is as happy and healthy as can be. So don't give up hope. I didn't think Daisy was going to make it and she did.
I'll be watching for your post with an update. It's crazy how I've come to love every dog I read about on these blogs.

Oh yes...definitely praying now and will as I think of you and Zeek throughout the day. I know the heavy heavy painful feelings that go on in our hearts when our furry friends are suffering. They depend on us. They look to us.
This family loves our fluffy members. So saying little prayers to God to make Zeek rebound and to let you enjoy him many many more days ahead. Know what you are experiencing... Hugs and prayers.
