Black shutters,
a window box filled with Spring flowers,
and new farmhouse lights.
These are just a few of the things we've added to jazz up the back porch at the Farmhouse on Main ™.
God gave us such beautiful weather yesterday that we are almost finished! Now I just need to photograph and share it with you.
By the way, the new hanging lights match the wall mounted lights on the front porch that I shared here last fall.
Don't you just love them?
Happy Easter!

LaurieAnna: You are so right about the lost art of porch sitting. When we first bought the Cottage we sat there all the time. Now we are either too busy (or think we are) or on the back garden porch. Come nicer weather I'm going to rethink that..Happy Easter to you and your family..Judy
And P.S. I so forgot to tell you how beautiful I think your porch turned out..Judy
LaurieAnna: WHOOPS,I accidently posted that last comment twice. Judy
