Celebrate With Me - 12 Days of Christmas Giveback!

We have so much to celebrate and I owe it all to you!  Because of you, our Facebook page has surpassed 2000 fans in just 3 short months, can you believe that?!  And, the blog is rapidly approaching 1000 followers.....just blows my mind!  Thank you!  And, as a bonus milestone.....this post marks my 300th blog post!  Where did the time go?!

There's so much to celebrate, it seems the perfect time to begin our 3rd annual 12 days of Christmas Giveback.   This gives me a chance to give back to you, not once, but 12 times for all the support and encouragement you give us all year long.  After all, you are the reason that we do this!

Since beginning the business Facebook page a few months ago, I've discovered that it is getting more traffic than the blog... how 'bout them apples?  So in keeping with this new development, this year, you can enter each Giveback two times, one time by leaving a comment on the blog, and again by commenting on the FB page!  There will be a couple days between each giveback to give everyone a chance to enter. I know it's early, but who can wait?!

Here goes!  Giveback #1 is for one of the most popular items currently in the shoppe!  It's a dog head leash holder.  I use that term loosely, technically it's a leash holder, but we've used it for just about everything except that.  They are such fun when used as wreath holders, jewelry holders, towels holders, you get the picture!  Available in two styles, the winner gets to choose their preference.

So, let's get this Giveback started!  We'll announce the winner on Friday, and then announce Giveback #2!

Let's Celebrate 5 with a Giveaway!

Oh how I love the number 5....have since I was a child.  It always seems to be blended into the details of the good things in my life. Little things like the sweetheart of my life being born in the 5th month, he was also the 5th child. We met in the 5th month of 95 and were married in 95.  I began this business in 2005.  So, 5 has been a good number for me!

And, it certainly wasn't an accident that our 5th restoration, the little Canton cottage, was affectionately named 5th Place.

This month we have an important "5" to celebrate.  The 5th anniversary for LaurieAnna’s Vintage Home is rapidly approaching!

I can still remember our first Canton show, back in 2005 with a single little booth in the Arbors. Back then it was just hubby and I, my how we've grown!  We kept enlarging our location in the Arbors and are still there today!  Then we added a second location in 2008....it's all just unfolded.

We've stuck with it, done our own thing, put in the hard work, and the years of dedication have paid off!  Thank you for shopping with us all these years.  None of this would have been possible without your support, we look forward to seeing you the next 5 years!

On another note of excitement - the hit counter on the blog has passed 200,000, and our follower count has passed 400!! I can hardly wrap my mind around that....and I sincerely thank you for following and reading!

10th Day of Christmas Giveaway

The Holidays are filled with so many wonderful things, friends, family, entertaining, and of course lots of decorating! Especially tables.....playing with tablescapes is one of my favorite things! As such, I'm always on the scout for unique items for place settings....I just love these wicker trays! They add such great texture to the table and make pretty plates really pop!

It's a perfect giveaway for this time of year. But, one tray wouldn't be of much use, so I'm gifting a set of eight! And,I'm adding a bonus....check out this wicker cake stand!
