This deal has been in the works for quite a while, but I didn't want to share until we had successfully navigated the closing hooplah.

Yayyyy Laurie!! My youngest daughter and her husband are in the closing process too on an old cottage home ~ I am thrilled that is what they decided on ~ My oldest daughter and husband have one too ~
