Our jewelry room has turned in a turquoise haven. I'm excited about this, because it is by far my favorite gemstone of all. I have an abundant collection. I just can't get enough of it.
To me, turquoise has a radiant effect to it. It ranges in color from a greenish-blue to the reflection of a pale blue sky. Some compare variations to a robins-egg blue. It has been valued by many cultures for its beauty.
Here are a few examples of the illuminating colors.

Turquoise has been prized as a gem and ornamental stone. Known to cure with it's many healing powers. To Native Americans, turquoise is life. In fact, medicine men keep this gemstone with them because they say it possesses powers of healing. It is known for its positive energy, and as a protector.
Loving those positive vibes!
Turquoise may come and go in fashion and has many times, but you can always find ways to incorporate it into your wardrobe. From earrings and bracelets, to necklaces, brooches and rings. How do you choose?
One bold dramatic piece can really make a statement. Large necklace pendants, drop earrings and large chunky rings are wonderful options and can be worn casually or dressy.
You can find an abundant selection at the Shoppe, be sure to check it out at the upcoming show. It takes place July 3rd - 6th.
Till next time!
