Just 2 days left!!

I can scarcely believe that the opening is less than 48 hours away!! So much work, so much merchandise, so much fun!! That’s when you know that you’re doing what you love… when you’re working 18 hour days, without a day off for weeks, and somehow it doesn’t feel like work.

Mark Twain said it best when he said, “Do what you love and you’ll never work another day in your life”. That about sums it up for me. I love Twain quotes and it made me smile when I came across this photo of his cats titled "Wide Awake". Although that is a phrase that I'm out of touch with right now!

Okay, let’s see...how about another surprise? Let's say the first three comments will get 30% off one home décor accessory at the opening on August 15th, (can't be used with any other coupon).

Have a wonderful Wednesday!!

It would be so much fun to know who's who on Friday! I'll know Tina and I'll recognize you, but it would be fun to know who the other bloggers are!

I feel your excitement and wish you all the best. I remember your feelings exactly on my grand opening day. It was wonderful.
Twain was so right as it really doesn't feel like work.
Here is a scripture I found that says the same thing. Eccl:5:19
When God gives a man wealth and possessions, and enables him to enjoy them, to accept his lot and be happy in his work this is a gift from God..
Enjoy your gift!
Blessings

Laurie, what are your hours Friday for the grand opening? You mentioned opening at 10 am; how late will you be open that day. Unfortunately, I have to work that day and am coming from out of town so not sure I can make it Fri. Will you still be having grand opening specials on Saturday? (also what will Sat hours be?) Thanks so much; I just can't wait to see the new store!!! Patti/Dreams & Decor
